　　7月13日，几内亚城市和国土整治部发布新闻稿，几内亚城市和国土整治部、几内亚住房基金( l'Agence Guinéenne pour le Financement du Logement)与联合国项目事务署(le Programme des Nations Unies pour les Services et Projets ：UNOPS)、新加坡SHS Holdings 公司(Sustainable Housing Solution Holding Pty Ltd )签署三方合作协议。

　　根据协议，

　　1、三方将联手、在未来10年内，在几内亚新建20万套住房， 以低廉的价格出售给几内亚购房者。

　　2、这20万套住房，几方将与新加坡SHS Holding公司组成伙伴关系、合作推进落实项目。

　　3、所有住房都使用清洁、可再生、绿色能源。例如，在屋顶按照太阳能发电的光伏板，尽量使用太阳能发电。

　　4、20万套住房中，至少10万套住房将定向出售给几内亚国家公职人员。以分期付款形式购房，购房款从每月的工资中扣除。
